Following on from the previous post, here's a video about the process of transformation which may be ahead of us all. It starts off with a rather downbeat view of the state of the world, but in featuring this video, it is not my intention to be alarmist. I would much rather focus on the second part of the video: about how we can help both ourselves and the world through personal transformation.
Thanks to Ed Harpin for bringing this video to my attention. Ed says: "It's a short, sweet and direct video, that I think quite simply gives the view of the times we are in... the changes that we may be facing just around the corner... and the possibility to transcend."
I'd also like to quote the words of Sue Ann Edwards in her comment on the previous post: "I have Faith in us. I know we're afraid of change but we need to get over it... emotionally grow up... develop. We have nothing to fear but fear itself. We're inventive. We're competent. We're imaginative. We're creative. We will meet any and all changes and challenges, with confidence and courage."
(Note: This is now a new 'improved and upgraded' version of the video - March 2008)
How about a new definition of "wealth"?
How about defining "wealthy" as "use of", rather then "ownership"?
How about a Bonfire of our Vanities?

I enjoyed your post and the video. We are on quite a journey on this planet and "Unity Consciousness" is important. Thanks for sharing this with us and keep up the good work.
Infinite blessings,
Carla Golden
P.S. Thanks also for visiting my blog, Spiritually Speaking.

This is an eye-opening video. Thanks for sharing. We each choose our perception of the journey we are on. At soul level, the power of emotions urges us to go with the flow of our well-being, that is, to stop believing we are dependent on past ways of seeing and doing. Whenever we sense an urgent pull to be somewhere, to do something other than what we are doing, we forget the key is to learn to just be where we truy are, see who and what we truly are and to reflect on what ego has influenced us to become.

Eye-opening video. My personal belief is that we can only begin to transform the world around us after we refurbish our own interior attitudes and views.
Nice blog, and thanks for visiting ours.

Sue-Ann - During the teleconference I mentioned in a previous post, they were talking about a return to the values of the world's indigenous peoples; and the concept of sharing the planet rather than fencing bits of it off to exclude others fits in with that. But can you imagine the politicians trying to sell that to the voters? How would it run in the Primaries? We come back once again to the need for an evolution of consciousness to encompass such radical concepts.
Hi Carla - Welcome to my blog! Carla's blog appears to embrace the sort of ideas I discuss in this blog along with Christianity, an approach I find very refreshing.
Liara - 'To go with the flow of our well-being' is indeed what it's all about, but there's such an urge to grasp at the reeds which are overhanging the stream - in the mistaken belief that we are saving ourselves...
Angie - I very much agree with what you are saying. It comes back to that famous quote of Einstein's to the effect that you can't solve a problem at the same level of consciousness that created it.
Thanks to you all for your comments!

Truly the collective consciousness of everyone on the same page can change any catastrophes looming on the horizon.
But it takes an Awakening to the true nature of our being and a realization that our thoughts are things and can create major change.
Great post and a new favorite blog.

My gratitude towards you for posting this amazing video.
We can lift the conciousness of this world. It all begins withing. The secret is in our own internal work.
Thank you.

Hi Charles and Louise - Welcome! Thanks for dropping by and thanks, too, for your words of encouragement. Yes, the change must come from within, and we are all doing our bit to try to bring that into being.

Thanks for visiting, Trinity, and reminding us that the Gateways of Light video was produced by your organization. I mentioned in an earlier post that more and more resources for transformation are now becoming available. The events you run look very interesting...

{{{simon}}} I illuminate what the energetics DO. Yes, as you say radical transformation is what has been invoked upon us, by and through our own choices. Remember I have said that anywhere there is a judgment, there is a lack of loving life. And I point out that the purpose of "control" is what is at root here, for there is a veritable LACK of ACCEPTANCE and TOLERANCE and UNDERSTANDING to these SO JUDGED "catastrophes". A SEPARATION in consciousness between the experiences and those of us experiencing them.
Just keep it up! And more will keep manifesting.
Bravo.
Way to go.
Excuse me for being so bold as to illuminate that if we can't help, we could at least stop energetically feeding the problem.
The JUDGMENT is being projected and will descend upon those of us projecting it.

I do apologize {{simon}} My comment was for another one of your posts, not *this* one.
There is something insidious at work in our perspectives of *catastrophes*. And that is "Fear". What we Fear to experience is what we fear for others to experience, too. That's just the way projection works.
Calling 'down' more Light, will manifest experiences where all those of us who have called for it, will face what we fear. Yes, transformation will be the result. Inner transformations of being released from our fears. Which always comes as a result of facing them.
My caution is to remember what you are asking for, so you won't feel like such a victim and project this victimization into what you seeing physically transpiring upon our World.
If we keep on separating cause and effect when it comes to experiences in our lives, the magnitude and amplitude of those experiences will continue to grow. Like it has when it comes to Ruby Ridge, and Waco, and the Murrough Building and the World Trade Center.
And even more fuel of Judgment has been energetically thrown on the fire since then. It takes water to balance the fire, not more fuel.
Understanding is what is being called for, not more Judgments. And THAT can only come when we choose to quite trying to separate our selves and others, from the experiences we experience in our lives.
I'm not saying we *deserve* them. I Am saying, we keep *ASKING* for them.
And the Universe continues to respond to our requests UNCONDITIONALLY.
Nightmare, daymare, same difference to Spirit.

This is very clear and useful, Sue Ann. Thank you! (What post *did* you intend it for?)

"The Oneness Temple"
It would help matters CONSIDERABLY if the "energy transference" was NOT IMAGINED as coming from someplace OUTSIDE of YOUR Self.
The energy coming from YOUR 'Higher' Self.
Energy coming from someone else has THEIR energetic signature on it. Only THEY can use it, for 'the energy' is a child of THEIR creation.
It would help YOUR recognition and realization if you chose to CEASE projecting the credit for YOUR OWN Upliftment, onto others.

Every time after one of 'these' is done I have to take heed and start "battening down the hatches', for the planetary mass consciousness is going to reel, rock & roll as a result.
No telling what will physically manifest in order to create the psychological experiences necessary to shift 'It', doing it *this* way.
Kinda' reminds me of the movie "What About Bob?" and the Death Therapy in order to overcome the fears that bind and limit us. And that one comment speaks volumes.
I *know* we have what it takes within Usto see our ways through it but...do we really need to keep doing it the hard way?
Posted by: Sue Ann Edwards | April 26, 2008 at 08:17 PM
Hi again Sue Ann - I'm sure it is a valid point you make about not imagining the energy coming from others. I don't think I *did* think this, though I see that in the Oneness Temple post, I referred to the meditators radiating *their* consciousness throughout the planet. It's another case of those pesky old words getting in the way, I guess. My understanding is that these meditators - like the Deeksha givers - are not transmitting *their* consciousness or *their* energy. They are acting as *a channel* for divine energy. So the energy is indeed coming from our Higher Self because our Higher Self is a part of the same Source (the only One there is).

As for your second point, Sue Ann: what is the easy way? Tell us: I'll buy the eBook!
Posted by: Simon | April 27, 2008 at 07:27 PM
You see, I'm confused about this, Sue Ann. You've been telling us that during this transition, there's a whole lot of nasty stuff that has to be faced and dealt with, a lot of letting go to do. (I'm paraphrasing wildly, of course, but I *think* I'm conveying the gist of it.) So my understanding of the work of the Oneness Movement and other tools and disciplines that are available is that they're intended to break us into this easily. They're intended to allow us to release stuff in an 'orderly' fashion. If we ignore them and just sit back and twiddle our thumbs instead, won't it all be more painful when the crunch finally comes?
The above is kind of assuming that this change *is* going to happen. But to look at it from another perspective, the perspective of those of us who can't be certain that all this *is* inevitable, this change of consciousness seems to be happening awfully slowly. If something substantial is going to happen by 2012 (or at least before the human race destroys itself) then isn't it about time we got a move on? Aren't initiatives like this desperately needed in order to move things on a bit?

There is a separation that exists within the minds of those supposedly 'channeling' and all they are doing is focusing on this imagined separation and projecting it upon our world. And this will have consequences.
"Oneness" is something that ALREADY exists and can be seen in anything and everything everyday. The "oneness" between "victim & villein". The "oneness" between "the liar and the gullible". The "oneness" between the old lady naked and worn in India and the botox bimbo in LA. The "oneness" of all polarities.
Exactly WHERE are such movements PERSONALLY and Individually empowering?

How many ideas inside your own head are creating an experience of drama and fear?
Posted by: Sue Ann Edwards | April 27, 2008 at 09:50 PM
Sue Ann ((just commenting while trying to sort this new design out!)): How do you *know* there is separation in these people's minds?
You say that "Oneness" can be seen in everything? I'm sure it can. But *do* people see it in everything? Mostly they don't. They need some help and guidance to get there - to *empower* them to get there - from whatever source they personally feel comfortable with. Deeksha has proved a useful source of help for me, as have Eckhart Tolle, Quantum Light Breath, kundalini yoga, and other factors including yourself. It's only with the help of these various tools and sources of wisdom that I've begun to have glimpses of the Oneness of which you speak. But I'm not claiming that any of these have done it *for* me. I'm having to put a lot of work in too - like trying not to get too sucked in to all those dramatic ideas you mention!
